Explore the grounding practice of gratitude as a foundation for resilience, sense of connection and well-being.

Session 2 - Honouring our Pain for the World, 11.2. 💔
Acknowledge and share what moves and pains us. Together we’ll experience that grieving is a vital step toward coming back to our aliveness and a sense of wholeness.

Session 3 – Seeing with New Eyes, 25.2. 👁️‍🗨️
Shift perspectives, reimagine our role in these times and draw strength from ancestral wisdom.

Session 4 – Going Forth, 11.3. 🚶
Reconnect with what inspires and sustains you. Envision the world you wish to live in and begin to map your own path forward with clarity and intention.
